The shop sites linked from this page are Iconic Flow demos. They are not a live vendor, booking, or payment system for those businesses.

Asking Iconic Flow to build or host an app does not start work until there is a written agreement (order form / MSA). That agreement sets setup fees, monthly fees, scope, and go-live.

Typical hosted work uses our published rate card (backtoyou.iconicflow.app/pricing): Simple start and Typical custom are half to start and half at go-live; Heavy custom / rebuild is half to start, 25% at midpoint, and 25% at go-live. Monthly starts on go-live and covers hosting, backups, patching, and ongoing ops. Third-party tools used to run the service are included in that fee unless the agreement says otherwise.

Iconic Flow owns the product software and source. You own your domain, brand materials, and the business data you put in the app. On exit, we will assist with DNS transfer and a data export as described in the agreement. We do not transfer source code. After cancel or non-payment, support ends; any unsupported grace period and final shutdown follow the agreement.
